President, Rev. Allen Forte and members of the Barbour County NAACP Branch #5075 organized a drug awareness program for the citizens of Barbour County. The program was held at First African Baptist Church in Eufaula where Rev. Richard Hunter is pastor. Sheriff Leroy Upshaw and Chief Deputy Eddie Ingram gave an extraordinary PowerPoint presentation on the impact of methamphetamines. A lot of information was given out to the citizens about the signs & clues to look for concerning this drug. A large crowd attended the conference. |
