November 18, 2007, the Barbour County Branch along the Barbour County Sheriff Department, Sheriff Leroy Upshaw, The DA’s office was represented by Lee Helms, the police department represented by Sgt. Dana Glanton, Eufaula Homeland Security represented by Mr. Ronnie Dollar, and the District Circuit Judge Burt Smithhart all were in attendance. All of these speakers gave enlightening information to the audience in attendance at the Barbour County courthouse in Eufaula. We had many questions asked and answered by the speakers. The speakers were to inform and educate the community on the police, DA, sheriff and judges procedures. The program was enlightening and very informative. The speakers also stayed to answer questions after the program was over. |
