NAACP Barbour County Branch President Attends Organization Meeting for Pike County Branch

March 18, 2010, Pike County Branch Organization Meeting. Rev. Forte, William Tarver and the State Conference president attended this event; all gave remarks at this event to help organize and restart the Pike County Branch NAACP.  The event was largely attended, necessary paperwork and rules and regulations were given to the organizers.
