NAACP Barbour County Branch Along Takes On Several Christams Projects

The NAACP took on several Christmas projects. We took nine children to get clothes, shoes, and bikes. We helped an disabled elderly couple to renovate their old front and back porches, and rebuilt them with ramp access to accommodate the family. We also put up hardy siding to block the cold air from entering the house. Pictured is the elderly man now being able to enjoy the new access to his home. We helped many families; pictured is the Barbour County NAACP secretary with a family that we helped during our Christmas project. |
