NAACP Barbour County Branch Works to Stop Theft of Black Land with the help of Troy King.

June 25th 2009 Rev. Allen Forte Region 3 director of the Alabama State Conference NAACP and Elder Al Sauls the Washington County Branch president along with Mr. Stanley Moore the State Chair for NAACP Black Land Loss project and others meet with the Attorney general Troy King, special Assistant Attorney general Cheairs M. Portor and  Chief of Staff Chris Bence which was very productive. We informed them on some of the problems with land in the southwestern part of Alabama , they have teamed up with us to find out why and how the law  is being broken and take some defence to stop it .
