Jan. 20, 2009 The Inaugural banquet for the honorable Barack Obama and the Presidents and executive officers of NAACP branches. The banquet featured a sit down dinner and world class entertainment by original Motown Recording Star Kim Weston of Detroit, Michigan; Melissa of Atlanta, Georgia; the Johnny Forester Band of Montgomery, AL.; Miss Indian Alabama 2009; Lois Barber; Belvia Jones and the White House - Greater Beulah Praise Dance Team among others and Youth & College Chapters from all over the State of Alabama. The night was very eventful and filled with excitement. |
